Donal Carroll provides credible quick insight into the company culture and configures appropriate advice, support and more importantly engagement structures to ensure management understand the culture, to innovatively engage employees to improve it. Donal's methods are successful because they are genuine, diverse and inspiring, relative to the organisation and not one of many usual models used by consultants and coaches alike. : Donal taught me on the Open University ‘Creativity, Innovation, Change’ MBA. His coaching was instrumental in my achieving a distinction in my MBA. I continued my coaching when I was Head of Change for Westminster City Council using new approaches other Exec Management teams used to deliver change in complex environments. His coaching helped me develop the change programme that delivered £100m of annual operational savings over 3 years. He also encouraged and supported me in my transition to my current role on the executive team of Community Fibre Ltd (an innovative organisation improving how the internet is delivered in London and other major UK cities).
